Rewoven
Gently piecing life back together after baby loss
Hi, I'm Hannah.
I'm really sorry that you have found your way here.
If you’re navigating life after baby loss, please know you don’t have to do it alone.
We are here whenever you feel ready.
At Rewoven, we understand how difficult it can be to find support after baby loss that feels truly safe and understanding.
This space has been created to offer gentle guidance for physical recovery whilst being sensitive to your emotional healing.
How Rewoven can support you
Gentle, loss sensitive support for physical recovery, reconnection and wellbeing after baby loss.
Yoga:
We offer in person yoga classes for bereaved mums, supporting physical recovery and reconnection with their body following baby loss.
Rewoven Yoga combines loss sensitive post-natal movement, reconnection with your body and breath, and peer support in a safe and supportive environment.
Classes are run in blocks of six sessions and last 90 minutes in total, including time after yoga for a cup of tea or coffee, cake and connection.
Current classes
Tuesdays 9:30 - 11 am
The Balance Cafe & Yoga,
50 New Street, Worcester. WR1 2DL
Classes are fully funded and free to attend.
Reconnect & Recover 1:1
If a group doesn't feel right for you at the moment, but you would like some individual support with your physical recovery, movement and reconnection after baby loss, Reconnect & Recover offers a gentle 1:1 appointment tailored to you.
There is space to talk about how your body is feeling, explore movement at your own pace and receive individual guidance to support your recovery.
Appointments are available by arrangement.
Rewoven currently supports women following stillbirth, neonatal or early infant loss, late pregnancy loss and TFMR. If your experience isn’t described here but you feel Rewoven may be right for you, please get in touch.
In their words
The best way to understand Rewoven is to hear from the women who have been part of it.
“I can come exactly as I am on that day - whether I am feeling sad, angry, overwhelmed or simply exhausted.
Baby loss can be an incredibly lonely journey, but Rewoven has given me a place where I feel understood and connected.”
Rewoven mum
“Being kind to my body felt really difficult. Rewoven gave me a safe, compassionate space to gently reconnect with myself. It’s more than exercise; it’s a sacred hour to breathe, honour my baby, and feel at home in my body again.”
Rewoven mum
“I look forward to attending each week. The sessions have helped me feel more connected to myself, have given me a sense of peace during an incredibly difficult time, and have reminded me that I am not alone in my grief.”

Help Rewoven continue
Your support helps us create safe, compassionate spaces for women navigating life after baby loss.
Rewoven’s initial yoga programme has been made possible through funding from Sport England, allowing women to attend completely free of charge.
As Rewoven grows, fundraising and donations will help us continue this support, reach more women and families, and develop new opportunities for connection, movement and recovery after baby loss.
Every contribution helps us keep Rewoven accessible, so that cost doesn’t become a barrier to receiving support after baby loss.
Rewoven is a project of Becoming Families, a registered charity (Registered Charity Number 1199531).
